We provide professional management services with honesty and integrity, while taking the hassle out of property ownership for you. We can manage your Subsidized or Nonsubsidized Multifamily Housing, Condo Associations, H.O.A., Warehouse and Commercial properties.

T.P.M. has a key personnel team with over forty years of combined development, construction and property management experience. Longevity and experience, with a proven team, has been the foundation upon which T.P.M. has established its reputation, with the successful management, development and construction of many projects, and it also forms the cornerstone of its valued and recognized position as a dependable and accountable property management agent.
Al Dieterman, President: Al is a Certified Public Accountant and has been involved in the financial and business operation aspects of condominium development and management, and of public housing, private housing and commercial real estate development over the past forty-five years.
David Lyon, Vice-President: Dave has been involved in the business operation aspect of private residential properties for over twenty years, involved in Condominiums, HOA’s and public housing for over twelve years. He has dealt with Board of Directors and Owners, with MSHDA, HUD, Section 8 and other assisted living programs. Dave also manages and oversees the business operations of multiple self-storage locations. Prior to Property Management, Dave was involved in Engineering, Program and Project Management for over twenty years.
